The customer messaged three companies. Be the one who replies first.

A website that brings in enquiries, and a system behind it that replies within two minutes, buzzes your phone, chases the quote, books the visit and asks for the review. Even at 9pm. Even while you are on a ladder.

Built by a marketer, for aircon, cleaning and moving companies in Singapore that win or lose the job on how fast they reply.

Guaranteed: first design in 3 days, or a full refund First design in 3 days · or a full refund · 3 DAYS Guaranteed First design in 3 days or your deposit back.

You own the domain and the site outright. Hosting is free, so there is no monthly fee to keep it running.

S$1,800 fixed for the page, the system and the set-up · visit reminders 24 hours ahead · a nudge 7 days before the next service

Your phone buzzes the moment an enquiry lands. They hear back before you have put the screwdriver down.

Try it: type your name and watch it land

Nothing is sent anywhere. It only shows you what would land on your phone.

Most jobs are not lost because the website was bad. They are lost in the twenty minutes after the customer messages, while you are on a ladder and they are messaging the next company.

  • You are told straight away. Name, number, service and address, on your phone the moment they press send.
  • They hear back within two minutes. An automatic WhatsApp from your own number says you have it and a price is coming, so they stop shopping around.
  • One tap to quote. Your usual reply, with their details filled in. Send it now or in the morning. Either way they already know a person is coming.

Included with every Launch Page. Free for the first 3 months, with the WhatsApp auto replies and reminders included. Cancel any time and take your enquiries with you.

Fixed price · first design in 3 days or your deposit back · you own everything

Tuesday, 9:14pm. A customer wants a quote.

Here is what happens next, step by step. Every step below is something the system already does for the businesses I set it up for. Nothing here is a plan.

9:14pm · The enquiry

She asks for a quote

The usual: it sits in your inbox until you are off the ladder.

She fills in "Get a quote" on your page, or messages your WhatsApp, or books a slot. Within two minutes she gets a WhatsApp from your number saying you have it and a price is coming. Your phone buzzes with her name, service and address, and a one-tap reply.

9:20pm · The quote

You send a price in one tap

The usual: three quotes sent this week, and you forget which ones went quiet.

Tap "Quote", your usual reply fills in her details, you send it. Tonight or tomorrow morning, either way. If it goes quiet, a follow-up lands on your list in two days and a gentle nudge goes to her at three. She replies, it all stops. She does not, you get told.

Saturday · The visit

Booked, confirmed, reminded

The usual: you call the night before to check they still remember.

She picks a slot on your booking page, inside the hours you set. A confirmation goes out, then a reminder the day before and another two hours before. On the way? One tap. If she no-shows, she gets a rebook link and you get a task to call her.

83 days later · The repeat

She comes back on her own

The usual: a happy customer you never hear from again.

Job done, she gets a thank-you with your Google review link, nudged once if she forgets. Then, a week before her next service is due, she gets a message asking which day suits. She replies with one, and it starts again from the visit.

Same system. A different job for each trade.

Aircon, cleaning and moving businesses all sell a visit with a date, so the same set-up fits all three. What changes is which part does the most work for you.

  1. 01

Aircon servicing: the repeat is the business

Every job carries a next-service date. Seven days before it, the customer gets a message asking which day suits. You do the chemical wash once, and the reminder does the selling every quarter after that.

  2. 02

    Cleaning: fewer no-shows, more re-bookings

Weekly cleans and move-in, move-out jobs both run through your booking page with your hours. A confirmation and two reminders cut the no-shows, and the review is asked for after the first clean, when they are happiest.

  3. 03

    Movers: quotes that get chased

End-of-month rush, one-off jobs, quotes that need photos or a visit. Every quote gets a follow-up task in two days, so it is chased before the customer books someone else, and the review request goes out the day after the move.

It will not quote for you, and it will not chat with customers pretending to be you. It makes sure you do, on time.

It behaves, so WhatsApp has no reason to ban you.

Automated WhatsApp is only worth having if your number survives it. So the system sends like a careful person, not a machine. A first reply waits a minute or two instead of firing instantly. Nobody gets more than a few automated messages in a day. It never sends twice into silence, and it stops the moment the customer replies or says stop. Your quote form asks for permission to WhatsApp them, and anyone who opts out stays out. Anything that is not a reply goes out slowly, spaced apart, inside the hours you set.

What working with me is like.

Rick's review on Google

"I am very impressed with DayThree Studio on their quality of work and speed of delivery. What I like most is the attentive to details and marketing advice offered.

Based on my current website, they transformed it to how consumer will want to experience my business services.

I was very afraid to engage someone to do my website as usually they will require a lot of information from me, taking up a lot of my time. However, DayThree Studio went out to help me draft those contents and even get those videos from my existing channels.

Thank you DayThree Studio. I highly recommend their services."

One package. The page, the system, and the set-up.

Already have a website?

The same system can be wired into the site you have: your quote form, your WhatsApp number, your services and hours. I look at your site first, then set it up around your business.

Need more pages?

S$500 per extra page, or S$3,000 for a five-page site. One page per service is the usual shape once the enquiries are flowing.

Running ads, or want to?

Tracking is set up first so you know what each enquiry costs, then the ads and the page are tuned together. Quoted separately, never bundled in.

You own everything: the domain, the site and the accounts. Hosting is free, so the site keeps running even if you never pay me again, and I fix anything my build breaks, for free. 50% deposit to book, the rest at launch. First design in 3 days or your deposit back. Enquiry alerts are free for 3 months, cancel any time. After launch, change your words and photos yourself, or send me bigger changes from S$80.

You'll want to compare. Here's the honest version.

Most aircon, cleaning and moving businesses in Singapore run on a phone number and the WhatsApp Business app, and both work. Here is what changes at the moments that decide whether you get the job.

The moment With DayThree Just your phone WhatsApp Business app alone
An enquiry at 9pm while you are at dinner Reply within two minutes, your phone buzzes, one tap to answer Missed call, reply tomorrow One greeting message, then silence

What it costs S$1,800 once, with the system free for the first 3 months Free Free

The WhatsApp Business app is free and its greeting message is genuinely useful. If you get a few enquiries a week and reply to every one of them yourself, it may be all you need, and I will say so on the chat.

First design in 3 days, or your deposit back.

The quiet worry with every designer: the design comes back, it isn't what you had in your head, and now you're stuck with it or paying by the hour. Here, you're never stuck. You see the first design within three days of our call. If it isn't right, say so, and the 50% deposit comes back in full. No argument, no invoice for work already done.

Once the direction is right, eight edit requests shape the page until it feels like yours. One edit is one list of changes, big or small, sent in one go.

You'll probably only need three.

J, freelance web designer and founder of DayThree Studio, Singapore

Why a marketer became a freelance web designer.

I'm J. Six years at a marketing agency, speaking with more than 1,000 business owners and watching the numbers behind their campaigns. Budgets ran from S$1,000 a month up to S$20,000 a month.

Same problem, over and over.

The ads worked. People clicked. Then the enquiry sat unanswered until the next morning, and by then the customer had booked whoever replied first. Good businesses, let down at the final step, and the ad money gone with them.

So I trained formally in web design, built the page myself, and then built the system that answers the enquiry when the owner cannot. You get one person who has spent years watching what makes a customer choose, and who designs your page, sets it up, and answers your messages.

No account manager in between.

6 years at a marketing agency · 1,000+ business owners · Trained in web design · Based in Singapore

Built for the owner who is also the one on the ladder.

This is for you if

  • You run an aircon, cleaning or moving business in Singapore, and the person answering WhatsApp is also the person doing the job.
  • You are running ads, or about to, and you know an enquiry you answer at 9am was somebody else's customer at 9pm.
  • You send quotes and lose track of which ones went quiet.
  • You want repeat customers to come back without you having to remember to ask.

This is not for you if

  • You have a call centre. The problem this solves is the owner being on a ladder.
  • You want a bot that quotes and books with no person involved. It drafts, you send, and that is on purpose.
  • You want a website as a name card, with no plan to send anyone to it.
  • Your budget is under S$1,000. The WhatsApp Business app's greeting message is the honest first step, and I'll say so on the chat.

Questions aircon, cleaning and moving businesses ask first

Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?

No. It works from the WhatsApp number your customers already know. Replies, confirmations and reminders go out from your number, and you keep answering from your phone as usual. I set it up with you on our call.

Does it reply to everyone, even at 2am?

Yes, once. Within a couple of minutes they get one message saying you have their request and a price is coming, so they stop shopping around. It never sends a second message into silence, and it never pretends to be you. You reply properly in the morning.

Will it quote or book for the customer without me?

No, on purpose. It drafts your usual reply with their details filled in, and you send it in one tap, so prices stay with you. Bookings are different: customers pick a slot from the hours you set, and the confirmation and reminders go out on their own.

Can automated WhatsApp get my number banned?

It can if it acts like spam, so this one doesn't. The first reply waits a minute or two, each customer gets only a few automated messages a day, nothing is sent twice into silence, and it stops the moment someone replies or says stop. Your quote form asks permission to WhatsApp them, and anyone who opts out stays out. Other messages go out slowly, inside the hours you set.

What happens after the first three months?

The page is S$1,800 fixed, with the system set up and running. Everything the system does is free for your first three months: alerts, auto replies, reminders, review requests and service-due reminders. After that it's S$99 a month or S$990 a year, or cancel any time and take your customer list with you.

I already have a website. Can I just add the system?

Usually, yes. I point your quote form at the system, connect your WhatsApp number, and set up reminders, follow-ups and review requests around your services and hours. I take a look at your site first and quote for it in writing, and you can cancel any time.

What happens if I stop?

You export your customer list, the automation stops, and your website keeps working as before. Hosting stays free, the domain is yours, and there's no fee to get your data back.

What do you need from me to hit 3 days?

Your rough words (I polish them), any photos or a logo you have, and 15 minutes of decisions on our call. I send you a one-page checklist first. The 3 days start once that call is done.

Do I own the website and the domain?

Yes, all of it. The domain and your Google accounts are in your name, not mine. Hosting is free, so nothing stops working if you stop paying me, and I fix anything my build breaks. If you move to another designer, I hand everything over and help you move. No lock-in, and no fee to get your site back.

What exactly counts as one edit?

One list of changes, sent together. Two items or twenty, text, photos or colours, it counts as one of your eight. A full redesign or a brand-new section is quoted separately.

Want to see it with your own business in it?

Thirty minutes on WhatsApp or a call. Tell me what you do, roughly how many enquiries you get a week and where they come from, and I'll show you the real thing with your services and your hours in it, not a demo account. No pitch, no obligation. If the WhatsApp Business app is enough for you, I'll say so.

Usually replies the same day
