DayThree CRM

Every enquiry in one place, and a nudge when one goes quiet.

DayThree CRM is the lead tool that comes with a DayThree site. Someone fills in your form, messages your WhatsApp or books a time, and it all lands in the same place, with an alert on your phone the moment it happens.

It is a web app you sign into at crm.daythree-studio.com. Nothing to install. It is built for small service businesses in Singapore, the kind where enquiries arrive at nine at night and the person answering them is also the person doing the job.

What is inside

Enquiries

One record per customer

Form submissions, WhatsApp messages and bookings all attach to the same person, so you can see everything they have ever said to you in one scroll.

WhatsApp

A shared inbox

Reply from your own number. Hand a conversation to a colleague, leave a note only your team can see, save the replies you type most often, and write one now to send tomorrow morning.

Bookings

Pages that take appointments

Share a link or embed it in your site. Customers pick a slot from the hours you set, and the booking becomes a customer record on its own.

Pipeline

A board of open jobs

Drag a job from new enquiry to quoted to won. When one is lost you say why, and the dashboard adds it up so you can see the pattern.

Follow-ups

Chasing that runs itself

Send a confirmation, remind someone the day before, ask a happy customer for a Google review, and wake you up when a quote has gone quiet for a week.

Alerts

Your phone buzzes first

A new enquiry reaches you as a notification with the message in it and one tap to reply, rather than sitting unread in an email inbox.

Google Calendar, if you want it

Connecting your Google Calendar is optional and switched on by each person for their own calendar, under Settings, then Integrations. It does two things.

  • It stops double bookings. The CRM asks Google when you are busy so those times are never offered on your booking page. Google returns start and end times only. No titles, no guests, no locations, nothing about what the meeting is, and none of it is stored.
  • It puts bookings in your calendar. A new appointment appears as a real event, updates if it moves, and cancels if it is cancelled. It never touches an event it did not create.

Disconnect it in the CRM, or remove access from your Google account, and it stops immediately. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

How you get it

It comes with every Launch Page, free for the first three months. After that it is a small monthly fee, and if you do not find it useful you cancel and take your leads data with you. It is not sold separately yet.

Run by DAYTHREE STUDIO (UEN 53531078A), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. Questions about it, or about your data, go to hello@daythree-studio.com.
