Yes, it's included. Bring rough notes, a brochure or nothing at all. I write the page from our call, in your voice, and you mark anything that sounds wrong. Most clients start with a blank page.
Not to start, but you'll need one before launch, in your own name. If you have one, I connect it for free. If not, I walk you through buying it on our call, also free. It takes about ten minutes and costs S$20 to S$40 a year, paid straight to the domain company. Until then, your page lives on a temporary link.
Yes, all of it. The domain and your Google accounts are in your name, not mine. Hosting is free, so nothing stops working if you stop paying me, and I fix anything my build breaks. If you move to another designer, I hand everything over and help you move. No lock-in, and no fee to get your site back.
Yes. It's S$0 a month for as long as DayThree runs, whether or not you pay me for anything else. Normal traffic, even a busy launch month, is well within it. Only something extreme, like a bot attack or a post going viral, could go over, and I'd talk to you before anything changed. You can move your site to your own hosting any time.
Use your remaining edits any time in the first 30 days. After that, change your words, prices and photos yourself in the admin console. Bigger changes start at S$80, quoted and paid upfront, and are usually done the same day.
The CRM is S$99 a month or S$990 a year. Cancel any time and take your enquiries with you. Your website keeps working either way, and hosting stays free.
Yes. Customers see the number they already know, and you reply from your phone as you do now. I set it up with you on our call.
Only if you switch it on. Without it, the CRM sends the messages you'd send anyway: enquiry received, booking confirmed, reminders and review requests. With it, the AI assistant also answers questions and books, any time of day. It says it's an assistant, hands the chat to you when someone asks for a person or something it hasn't been taught, and runs on your own AI account with a monthly limit you set.
It can if it acts like spam, so this one doesn't. Messages go out spaced apart, not in a burst, and it stops the moment someone says stop.
Not for your first campaigns. Your homepage is built to get people from your ads to enquire. When you're ready for ads, I can help: tracking first, so you know what each enquiry costs, then the ads and the page tuned together. Separate pages help later, if you target very different audiences.
Agencies bill for account managers, meetings and offices. I'm one person doing the planning, design and build, so you pay for the work, not the overhead. Work of the same quality usually costs S$7,000 or more at a Singapore agency.
