The problem

Five figures and two months. For a website?

That's the quote most new founders get, and even with a grant the bill stays hefty. It makes you wonder: does it really cost that much? It doesn't anymore. AI-accelerated development changes the economics. Your budget should go into testing your idea, not into betting it all on the website.

Built like a landing page

Ad teams obsess over landing pages because they convert. Your whole site is built that way: one clear offer, with everything aimed at the action you want. Book, join, or buy.

Copy that sounds like you

You talk, I write. Your words get the agency treatment: sharper headlines, cleaner promises, no jargon.

Design that earns trust

University-trained UX design: hierarchy, readability and mobile-first layouts that make you look established from day one.

Found on Google, and in AI answers

Structured so that Google and the AI assistants people now ask instead can both find and cite you. When you're ready to push for traffic, you optimise. You don't rebuild. That's SEO and AEO, ready from day one.

The 3-day process

Payment Monday. Onboarding Monday. Live by Thursday.

The clock starts when two things are done: payment confirmed and your 30-minute onboarding wrapped. Then it's 72 hours to launch.

Day 0 · Kickoff

Payment + onboarding

A 30-minute call and a simple checklist: your words, photos and brand bits. The moment we're done, the 72-hour clock starts.

Day 1 · Design

Message & design

I sharpen your copy and design the page around your one goal. You see the first version the same evening.

Day 2 · Build

Build & polish

Fully built, fast, and responsive. You send one list of tweaks. I work through it.

Day 3 · Launch

Live on your domain

Connected, secure, analytics on, booking working. You post the link. Your 8 edits keep going after launch.

3 days is the Launch Page timeline. Business sites and web apps get honest, fixed timelines up front, never a vague "few weeks".

Selected work

Real builds, in the wild.

Recent projects, each designed, built and shipped by one person.

The comparison

Compare away. I'll wait.

Here's Day Three next to the two usual ways businesses get a website in Singapore.

Features Day Three Studio Template Web Shops Traditional Agencies
Time to launch 3 days 2 to 3 weeks 1 to 2 months or more
Starting price S$1,000 fixed Typically from S$1,500 S$7,000 and up
Pricing model Fixed scope, fixed price Low headline, add-ons after Custom quotes, revisions billed
Design Custom, conversion-first WordPress template Custom
Copywriting Included, marketing-trained You provide your own content Often a paid add-on
Revisions 8 edits, defined up front Varies, often 2 rounds Hourly after scope
Who you talk to The person building it Account manager Account manager relaying to a team
Built for AI search (AEO) Yes, from day one "SEO submission" only Varies

Fair's fair: a good agency also does custom design. You're paying their team and timeline for it.

The honest constraint

One person. Three to five projects a month.

Day Three is deliberately a one-man studio. You get the actual person doing the work, at prices without agency overhead. The trade-off is capacity: it's real, and when the month is full, new projects book into the next one. Your 50% deposit is what holds your slot.

You'll probably only need three.

The 8-edit promise

Eight edits. Actually generous.

Most designers cap you at two revision rounds, then charge by the hour. You get eight edit requests. Each one is a compiled list of changes, big or small, sent in one go. Change the photos, reword a section, tweak the colours: one request.

The only fine print, stated in plain sight: redesigns and brand-new sections are quoted separately, so neither of us gets surprised.

Who's building this

Marketer by trade. Designer by training.

I'm Jax. In my marketing agency years I watched promising businesses face the same ugly choice: scale painfully slowly because the budget wasn't there, or drop five figures on a website, only to discover S$20k later that the idea needed to change.

Test fast, pivot fast.

That's what I'm here to fix. Launch in days, learn from real customers, and keep your budget for what the market actually teaches you.

I trained formally in UX/UI design at university, then paired it with an AI-accelerated build process. You get one person who understands your message, designs the page, builds it, and answers your messages.

No account manager in between.

Fair questions

What you're probably wondering

What do you need from me to hit 3 days?

Three things at onboarding: your words (rough is fine, polishing is my job), any photos or a logo if you have one, and 15 minutes of decisions on the call. I give you a one-page checklist before we start. The 72-hour clock starts only once onboarding is done, so you're never rushed and I'm never waiting.

What exactly counts as one edit?

One edit = one compiled request. Gather all your changes, from text tweaks to photo swaps to colour adjustments, into a single list and send it in one go. That counts as one of your eight, whether it has two items or twenty. Full redesigns or brand-new sections are scoped and quoted separately.

Can you write my copy from scratch?

Every package includes polishing your words until they're sharp. If you're starting from a completely blank page, from-scratch copywriting is a small add-on we'll scope on the call.

What happens after launch?

The site is yours: domain, code, accounts, everything. Use your remaining edits anytime in the first 30 days. After that you have two options: a care plan from S$100/month covering hosting, updates, security and small changes, or send changes ad hoc and I quote per request. No obligation either way.

Why are you cheaper than an agency?

Agencies bill for account managers, meetings and office space. I'm one trained person with an AI-accelerated workflow. You pay for the strategy, design and build, not the overhead. Same-tier quality typically runs S$7,000+ at Singapore agencies.
